This role focuses exclusively on commercial HVAC testing and balancing and does not involve installation, maintenance, or repair work.

Job Description:

  1. Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing of commercial HVAC systems.
  2. Measure airflow, pressure, and system performance using TAB equipment.
  3. Evaluate HVAC systems against engineering specifications and blueprints.
  4. Adjust dampers and system settings to achieve proper airflow.
  5. Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and performance.
  6. Travel to commercial facilities including schools, hospitals, data centers, military installations, and correctional facilities.

Position Requirements:   

  1. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Description:

  2. Perform installation and upgrades of election equipment, ongoing preventive maintenance, and comprehensive readiness testing of all election hardware and software components.
